政府會不會告我啊？

請教：我的房子foreclosure了，之前一直在努力做loan modification，那個agent一直在說他在follow up，直到我的tenant被轟走，我才知道我的房子已經不屬於我了。我該怎麽辦？ 我的租客是section 8，合同要到今年七月才到期，這個tenant被轟走，政府會不會告我啊？ 請有識之士指點，謝了。
