Well it is understandable for a teenager to ignor the price tag, it is also reasonable for a mother to expect the daughter to take adavatage of the big sales. If you were the mother, wouldn't you tell your kids the same thing? The only difference here is-- it is a step daughter. Do you really should buy everything your teenage daughter wants? What is wrong for a mother to tell her daughter to buy the coat at Kohls to save $20. That is not mistreatment. It is a lesson of meney management....
