Beth is hateful because she thinks I ruined the relationship between her Dad and her. Before I married my hu*****and, they went on vacation twice or three times a year. They went out to eat four or five times a week. Her dad got her whatever she wanted because it was just two of them. When I dated my hu*****and, we never talked about our finances. Not until I married him, I realized that he had no savings and he got credit card debts. I am a Chinese. I live differently. I only spend what I have. I do not spend in advance.

When she was little, it was easy to fulfill her demands. As she grows older, we no longer can fulfill her needs. She wants hair extension. She wants fashionable clothes and dresses. She wants high heel boots. She wants all kind of makeups. She wants to go to movie and go to the mall all the time. She buys a jacket at Hot Topics that costs $45 while you could buy it at Kohls for $20. I took her to Kohls on black Friday this Thanksgiving and I told her to get stuff that was on black Friday sale. But she grabbed 7 clothes, 3 bras, 3 boots, 2 scaffs and none of them were on Thanksgiving sale. I said I told her to grab stuff that were on sale. And she said to me that "Why are you acting like we are poor? Do you want to spend $15 on something that I will never wear or you want to spend $30 on something that I would wear?" I could not say anything because there were so many people around. When we checked out, her stuff costed me $278 even after I used my 20% off coupon. She has no idea how many bills we have to pay every month especially we got a house in 2006 on a 15 year loan.

When I tried to explain to her, she did not want to listen. She hated me because I had to say no to her sometimes. And we only went out to eat once a week. We have not gone on vacation ever.

She wants her old life with her Dad. She thinks her life changed because of me. She hates me and hates her changed Dad because of me. She becomes too much to hanle.
