divorce on my status in US (green card)

My hu*****and and I are married for 6.5 years, no kids, no house. We got green card 4.5 years ago. His company sponsored him, then he added me in the last step (file 485 or 140??), so I got the card at the same time. My question is if I want non-fault uncontested divorce, how’s my status in US? Can I apply for citizenship?

It looks easy to file divorce in US for our situation. I'm just not sure about the green card thing.
