As I know, every police car installs Internet and they have very detailed information for all drivers. Two years ago when I got my first speeding ticket, before I talk anything to cops, they had already have my ADD, Phone, Name, SSN, etc information from my license plate.

I am 100% at that time that cop knew why and when my DL was suspended, but he just did tell me and did not give me any chance to explain.

It is a joke when a cop arrests a person without giving any chance to victim to clarify the fact.

One more fact, that police department is infamous for their finanical dependence on issuing speeding ticket and towing car!
