I just received the response from BBB (Better Business Bureau) who determined that BBB also cannot compel the contractor to give an answer to why there is no receipt.
美國現在真的是這麽亂嗎?生意來往拒出發票,哪美國的商業還不亂了套?
為了要這張發票,我真需要去找大圈幫的人來出麵嗎?!好像事情又不是大事,就是麻煩。以後大家在美國都可以這麽做:賣貨無發票,現實是真沒有人能管得了。

It is outrageous. I just want a RECEIPT and the repair to my PROPERTY DAMAGE, but you as the representative of established BBB determined that the company cannot be compeled to give a lawful answer to these two ONLY issues!
