關於損壞筆記本電腦及賠償問題.請專家指點

兒子去參加一個比賽,在GYM裏走路時不小心撞了上一張桌子.不巧桌上有個家長放著打開的MAC筆記本,旁邊還有一滿杯咖啡.於是咖啡灑在了筆記本電腦的鍵盤上.現在對方要求我們全賠.但老公和兒子都認為對方也有責任.他們人為對方:

1. GYM有規定不能帶飲品進GYM,他本人先違反了規定;

2. 當天有比賽,人來人往的又有那麽多孩子,他應該注意到不要把咖啡放得離計算機那麽近.

總之,因為對方態度不好,這對爺倆也叫勁了,隻想賠一半.
