我把LG咬傷了，想去醫院看，不知道醫生會不會報警

確實不是家暴，自私兩人鬧著玩。但是這次把LG咬狠了點。咬在肩上，出血了，現在一周了，肩還是有有些腫，而且LG覺得肩膀動著痛，想去醫院看看，不知道醫生會不會報警？
