they know my dad is on travel, has no insurance. and they mention that we don't have insurance again and again during treatment. Just because US physicians are bounded by their licenses, they try to cheat on me to hide some fact.

it is not look like pin, it is a pin. because X-ray doctor even zoom in to take a clear look. then he quickly pass it. he even did't leave that image.
since his job is to check leaking problem, he may not report some other things.
