A bank repeatedly failed or delayed my wire transfers for over 12 and 15 days which caused me monetary loss. Other banks would always call me if a wire transfer failed to go out for any reason. I already found out through their other branch that one of the transfers was stopped on purpose by the branch manager without any reason. For another one, the headquarters could only say sorry and asked me to find out the reason from the branch. While the branch said they would find out, but never gave me the answer.
I am thinking to recover my loss resulted from their failed and delayed wire transfers. Hope somebody can tell me what law to regulate such transactions. So I can cite it as the basis for my complaint and hold the bank to be responsible for my loss.
Thanks in advance.
