It's not so simple. He kept on screwing me

It's not so simple. If I reject, I will lose my job immediately or I would be harassed(I am female)because he is a very powerful and narrow minded person. Some one told me he liked me. But I don't have direct evidence point to him. I just want to get rid of him. I already requested legal agent to speak to him and asked him what did he really want but he maintained silence. I just want to get rid of him to the rest of my life. 單身老貓, would you please give me some suggestion how to get rid of him legally even I have no direct evidence?
