看你LG從事的職業, 可以走EB2的特別途徑NIW; 如果你勞工在同行業成效顯著, 可以走EB1, 二者都不需要勞工卡, 也快(大約2-3年). 具體步驟移民律師會給你詳細告知的.

F1可以隨辦綠卡, 綠卡下來想讀什麽書就讀什麽書, 不需要F1 VISA.
