再次請教

(對不起,我重新發帖,怕原來的帖子被壓下去,錯過了各位的回複)

看了諸位熱心的答複,大致明白了如果我注冊公司雇我堂哥,理論上是可行的,實際操作起來會有一些難題,如:

1)資金問題.我必須能證明我能支付H1的最低工資,而我堂哥必須要報收入稅.
2)DOCUMENTATION.我要準備文件以備政府VERIFY公司及雇傭的合法性.

請問還有什麽要注意的嗎?我想收集各位的意見和建議,再去找律師辦理具體事宜.

另:請問能推薦一些律師嗎?我在舊金山灣區.
