My son visited an ENT (ear, nose, throat) doctor few months ago for his nose congestion problem. I signed a sheet of paper for allergy test at their request. In that paper, it states “I agree to pay charge for taking serum if necessary”. After the appointment and allergy test/treatment, I cancelled the 2nd appointment together with making serum. However, they insisted I pay for the serum since it was already made. (Apparently it was made AFTER I called to cancel it).
While my insurance co. is helping me on this matter, I wonder about the normal official channel to dispute such medical bill issue.
Thanks,
