請教大家車禍索賠，急！

上個星期車停在高速公路出口處排隊出去（車很多），一輛車把我的車後bumper撞爛了，當時因急著去上班，同開車的黑人婦女交換了保險並拍了照片，問她要駕照，她說是learning permit，沒帶放在家裏，她車裏有兩孩子，沒人陪伴開車，想著到時找保險公司，就沒call 911了，事後找對方保險公司索賠，他們說保單是黑人婦女老公名字，不cover她，拒賠，頭一次發生車禍，沒經驗，請教大家我應該怎麽辦？多謝了！
