天才,真的很天才, 不知您還要不要人家一併幫您付房貸 ?

在下麵這段話中
"Council has provided landscaping guidelines which will meet the safety issues of your family, in particular, the ability to put fencing as defined by the guidelines.) "

有那一句話是容許您可以將這個 fence建在common property 上? 同時所謂的safety issue是您的問題與HOA有什麼關係?
