I like to ask a question, after you pay earnest money, do you have any option time to walk away without big loss?

Do you have your own handyman taem? Do yourself handy? Have you did detailed estimate to see cost. Do you have your own real estate agent to analysis the local market and after repair how much is the market value?

I just thank that why the house stay on market for so many days and if it is profitable for fliping, your friend or many other experienced flipers not buy.
