和租的人據付房租, 該怎麽辦?

和我們和租的人,大家一起sign的lease,但是現在他不付房租,還不肯搬走,請問除了去small claim 告他,有什麽辦法能讓他快點走人啊? 是不是隻有找警察了? 謝謝各位了
