有經驗的情幫幫忙吧。拿了張交通罰單，

因為在高速上誤開進exit的線，因為塞車車速很慢，想換換不過來了，最後到了實線才換過來，被以“fail to follow the right lane must exit sign"發了罰單。
我覺得我不是不想換線而是不能。就以此為理由寄出了trial by written declaration。請問如果輸了還能上traffic school嗎？另外我這個情形勝出的幾率有嗎？
