10月小娃半夜睡覺翻來翻去睡不實，是啥原因？

小娃現在10個半月，從9個多月開始半夜翻來翻去，並沒有醒，但不停的翻，睡得很淺。我試過抱起來他會醒，然後接著睡， 還是翻。

蓋的不多，身上沒汗，不是熱的。

會是啥原因呢？網上查有的說可能缺鋅或鈣，大家有過類似的嗎？
