C-section is not just cut open your skin, it cuts open your uterus. It is not a small operation. In addition, your bladders get pushed out of place so it is not super uncommon for the doctors to cut your bladders by accident. One of my co-worker had this happened to her and the medical review board deemed it is not the doctor's fault. They did a lot of research and also realized that it happens more often than people thought so not eligible for malpractice lawsuit either.
