不容易,支持一下

早餐:Cereal and milk, bread and peanut butter or jam, waffle ( buy the frozen ones and just toast them in the toaster), bagels...

Lunch: sandwich, mini dumplings (find a good one from the frozen ones), pasta, sushi ( I buy them sometimes), fried rice... and make sure prepare some friut and veggies
