回國需挾帶potty 和diaper 嗎

回國需挾帶potty 和diaper 嗎？怕小孩不肯上廁所大小便. She is four, still uses diaper at night right now.

What else should I bring for her? Medicine? She has never been to China. We will take train and buses to many places in China.
