請問：在美國哪裏買類似紗布的東西

我想買純棉的紗布（或者類似的布），在新生兒吃奶後，給她擦擦口腔內部，相當於刷牙了。

請問在美國哪裏能買到類似的東西？我查查了washcloth，我發現很多都不是純棉的。
