一歲半左右的寶寶晚飯給吃肉嗎？

我這裏的兒醫不主張3歲前晚飯給吃肉，連蛋都不建議給，隻給碳水化合物和蔬菜

如果晚餐主吃蔬菜的話，樣式實在太少，這裏的寶寶晚餐不吃肉嗎？
