我是用Calpol Nasal Spray to shift the congestion in the baby｀s nose。

感冒著涼時不能洗澡，因為洗澡把毛孔都打開了，涼氣更容易進去了。就跟冬天要少洗澡一樣。

流清鼻涕，試試在腳心貼幹薑過夜。
