Good question

My first one broke after 6 months of good use and I phoned Summer and mailed out the broken one and they mailed me a brand new one on their expense. I really enjoy watching the baby on the monitor and you can tell she is awake but enjoying herself so I don't go to her right after she wakes up. Find out the refund or exchange policy before you purchase. I bought it at the local store so I am not too sure about purchasing on line.
