urgent help: How to travel from Shinagawa to Chiagasaki-eki

Can anyone help me get know which line is from Shinagawa to Chiagasai-eki and the timetable?

Thanks in advance. As cannot type Japanese here so it is quite hard for me to get anything although I have tried many times in the English-version Google.
