請問外國的credit card在日本怎樣收費

我人在美國，下月要到日本出差兩個月。怎樣用錢才經濟？ 比如，用credit card會有兩筆收費： 美國的credit card公司要收，日本的可能還要收。 還有什莫辦法使費用較低？
