一九七二年《中華人民共和國政府和日本國政府聯合聲明》中，日本政府向中國周恩來政府作出的國家保證： “日本國政府充分理解和尊重中國政府的這一立場（台灣是中華人民共和國領土不可分割的一部分），並堅持遵循波茨坦公告第八條的立場。”

Potsdam Proclamation is a joint declaration, so japan wants? Liuqiu Diaoyu Island , no problem, but needs to be authorized by joint agreement of 4 countries （China,USA,Russia,GB）（中美俄英）.

with the respect of the bilateral agreement between Japan and China, all minor events before or after in contrary to the spirit of such agreement are canceled .
