加了紫薯感覺麵團的韌性差了~不知道是水多了,還是紫薯的緣故,麵團一直偏軟,隻好又加了很多麵粉,結果餃子皮顏色很淡~以後不用紫薯了,用菠菜汁做綠餃子好了~看樣子紫薯還是適合放在糯米粉裏麵做紫元宵~~~~
