中國的變遷---從“國退民進” 到 “國進民退”

“國退民進” ----讓國有資本變成個人資本，實現了鄧同學讓一部分人先富起來的號召


“國進民退”-----看到“國退民進”中一部分人的爆富，官僚階層的心理發生了不平衡，於是，各種的國有小公司合並成大公司，再讓這些大公司合並成大集團，官僚階層輕鬆的完成了國有資本向官僚資本的轉化
