我家的お正月の料理（圖

不喜歡菊，挑來選去還是選了洋花 女兒選的筷子 前菜A：蝦仁春卷 前菜B：核桃小魚 前菜C：蘇打餅配鮭魚籽 & Guacamole(鱷梨醬？) 母與子 前菜D：冷拚。用來湊數 熱菜A：雞翅 熱菜B：蝦 熱菜C：烤真鯛 很少買這樣大的魚來吃，但過節講究無魚不成席也隻能隨俗了。參考了一道希臘烤魚的做法，加了大量的檸檬和蔬菜。味道鹹酸略甜，果味濃鬱。 拉近看看。 湯：排骨蓮藕湯 頭天煲的，拿來充數。 Jan 03，2010
