Yes, the sea here is very clean and transparent when compared with the sea near Japan. However, regarding the water saving issue, it is crap because the wastewater is not recycled. The irrigation system for agriculture is also less efficient. We are thus facing a water shortage problem, especially in the Victoria State where I am located. But don't be frustrated, you won"t suffer it when you have your short trip here.
