再請教個稍微有點難度的問題吧，有此類經驗的桐子們幫幫我吧～

某公司托我幫他們在國內某城市開一個セミナー，擴大他們在中國的知名度。

迄今為止隻參加過別人組織的セミナー，沒自己組織過，不知道應該怎麽操作。

目前大致想到的是找政府部門（管理企業的相關部門）作主辦方，然後我們學校作協辦方。一切費用由該公司出。

具體的會場布置等其他各項服務都委托給專業的服務公司。

這隻是個大致的初步想法，細節以後再慢慢つめていく。
