Won't be so dofficult depending on my previous experience in Japan. You can do stright to talk with the real agency and tell them how much you can afford monthly.

Well trust the Japanese service, they can give you lots of options varying widely in terms of location and monthly rent.

Take it easy, as you will go to Japan, a developed country. Also my impression is the locals in Fukuoka are sort of friendly and nice when compared with in other areas like Tokyo.

Just cross your fingers for good luck when you are in Japan.
