想黃金周去法國旅遊，看了法國使館HP上的簽證要求，好像很複雜

聽朋友說有shengen簽證，就是歐盟的通用簽證。在其他國家申請這個也可以去法國玩了。這樣從手續上和時間上會省很多事情，請問是這樣的麽？
