在日本買房賣房（一）

應牧歌之請，我試著來說說在日本買房賣房的體會吧。

促使我們買房的理由主要有：
在日本工作和生活相對安定下來，強烈希望擁有屬於自己的窩；
當時住的單位宿舍條件很差，比縣營市營住宅好不了多少；
我們所在的城市地價非常便宜，按我們的收入
隻有在這樣的地方才可能享受由日本一流住宅公司建造的花園洋房。

阻礙我們買房的原因主要有：
畢竟不是土生土長的日本人，不排除將來離開日本；
即使不離開日本，也可能換到別的城市，
房子在日本、尤其是地方城市如同汽車、家用電器等日常用品一樣，
完全是消磨品，如果沒有房子，走的時候可以提起行李一走了之，一身輕，
反之房子可能成為提不走又脫不了手的大包袱；
單位宿舍房租很便宜，幾乎等於白住。

買與不買最後就定格在離開那裏的可能性有多大上，
可是誰又能預測未來呢，瑪雅世界末日論不過是嚇唬人而已嘛。
周圍幾個熟悉的朋友都已先後置房，其中一個朋友決定買房的理由也深深地打動了我。
她家有一個已上初中的兒子，她說過不了幾年兒子就上大學走了，不想兒子的記憶中
永遠是破破爛爛的家，以後都不想回來了。
嗯，人生苦短，當享受時就要享受，雖然那時還沒城堡，
元寶剛上小學，一家人住寬敞的大房子舒適自不必說，心情都會好很多，
加上正好滿足申請永住的資格，可以拿到銀行貸款了，
利息又低，這時不買何時買？
