The war between two countries is less dependent on who is going to be the next prime minister in Japan.

Following the current cold relationship between two countries, few of the people, either in Japan or China, is powerful enough to bridge the gap.

From a third-country's perspective, China shouldn't defame too much on Japan. Trying to forgive is a good thing for an individual and the whole country as well. Similarly, Japan should be more flexiable and trying to get back to Asia, rather than being isolated via embracing the USA too much.
