your account if the money has gone from your visa credit. If it has you then need to negotiate with Rakuten.
My personal feel is the Rakuten does n't accept any overseas purchase, so what we did before is: ask a friend in Japan pay in advance, I then pick it up when I do the business trip arcoss Japan.
