下雪了,來碗熱豆腐腦

今天去朋友家交流手藝, 我教她灌香腸, 她教我點豆腐腦, 成果匯報一下。要是再加點大頭菜, 那味道更不擺囉。。。

 

製作過程

從左至右

1．泡黃豆: 至少一天以上。

2．絞碎:  三大湯勺黃豆加500ml左右清水。

3．用篩子過濾。

4．加熱至沸騰,倒入事先用少許水化開的豆腐王(兩小湯匙)中,稍稍保溫,靜置一小時左右凝固。

5．朋友用肉、洋蔥、冬瓜、木耳做的澆鹵。

6．豆渣不要浪費了，可以跟白菜做菜豆腐, 營養大大滴。
