in either China or Japan depends on heaps things particularly a person's network. It is not surprising that, being a Chinese for us, it is definitely easier to get successful in our country. It does not matter if the guy is 頂尖大學的學生 or not.
At this girl's age, she needs to learn more skills on management, teamwork and other technical issues other than networking. She does have chance to try different things at her age.
Don't use our age's experience to frustrate her.
