The reason his insurance refused to pay is that there is no evidence shows his car hit ours. His license plate back to normal now. And Police report did not have any pictures as well...
I am thinking how come police report with wrong information. The car was chased and stopped by police cars, not as what states in the report we "contacted him and called police". All should be recorded in the 911 call. Should police be trusted?
