1。我們怎樣跟collectin agent argue最有效？ Collection agents are not reasonable person. Talk to them just like talk to a wall. －－－True. So just tell them they got wrong person to ask money for!!! Don't be afraid. They are nothing.

2。如果我們不付這筆錢，collection agent會有怎樣的行動？They will screw your credit report. The $300 will become $400 or more. ----Not true. There are chances you can get off the hook.

3。有沒有什麽部門可以幫助我們？ No. Nobody is going to pay your bill but yourself. ---The first half is true. you sure can help yourself. maybe that's not your bill at all.

4。這都是4年前的事了，保險公司還管嗎？ No normal insurance claim will be made within 3 months of service provided. Please referring to your insurance paper. ----no commend on this one.
