這個到底撞的有多嚴重？當時車速是多少？ 科州沒保險駕車可能被判community service的。 而且，如果孩子以後不要呆美國，破產也無所謂。要留下找工作的話，有那麽一個破產記錄，用人公司有可能會有顧慮的。
