Relax. Even out of network, Cigna still will pay

certain portion, right? Did WRA get anything? If not, why? If they bill wrongly, then it is their problem. Tell WRA that the whole issue is not your problem. If they ruin your credit, you would complain to BBB and potentially sue them.

BTW, have you tried to talk to upper management of WRA, even write to CEO of WRA? Sometimes, upper management can solve problem easier.
