plzz, anyone who has the similar case can help me ? I m so confused abt two things:

1.if i resign as soon as i have the h4 receipt, how abt if ins donot approve my h4 ? then i m in trouble since i already resigned and lost my h1.
2.if i resign until i have my h4 ? is that legal to get paid since i have the receipt already ?
