請教:concurrent filing or separa

我在NSC, 雇主同意辦PERM, 但是各位看到的,從三月份到現在為止,大部分的不是pending就是 denial.而我的律師也很顯然沒把握,就一直在拖,說打廣告到現在也沒動勁. (我是不是該換律師?)所以決定試一試NIW, 遇到一個問題,希望那位幫忙回答以下:我該I-140 與I-485 concurrent filing or file separately?或著說,假設我同時遞了I-140 和I-485 under NIW and case is pending, 如果這時候PERM LC 批了(if I am lucky, hehe), 我還可以再file一次I-140 和I-485 嗎?
