H-1 or permanent position

本人現在日本，36歲。 現有美國 H-1　offer, 但是在南卡大學，另外日本也有一個offer。日本這邊是大公司，公司給我永久位置。 猶豫不決中。想去美國，但覺得年齡偏大，日本這裏條件很好。
煩請各位給個建議。特別是美國那邊的朋友。
