I do not know Fan. But I know you were wrong. the internet ad is OK for special handing. In my case, we even could not find the original internet ad. we just printed the ad (word format) ant attached a letter to explained that the original ad was shown on internet about one years ago. my LC was approve in one month and a half.
Do your best, and please do not complain ohters too much.
